- Security. We will take reasonable measures to protect the client’s data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. However, the customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their own systems and networks.
- Compliance. Diginto will comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the IT services provided. In any case, the clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the use of the IT services.
- Termination. Diginto may terminate the IT services provided to a client if the client breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Furthermore, the clients also have the right to terminate the IT services provided by giving a prior notice.
- Confidentiality. In any case, Diginto will keep all information provided by the clients as part of the IT services.
